Here is how a same-day crown works. We numb the tooth, remove the damaged part and take a digital scan. The crown is milled in our office from BruxZir NOW zirconia while you relax, then bonded in place. You leave with a finished tooth.
Root canals are completed in the same appointment, and because crowns are made in-house, the crown that protects the tooth can often be done the same day. Extractions and wisdom teeth are handled here too, with same-day implants an option when a tooth cannot be saved.
