Same-Day Crowns
We scan your tooth digitally, design the crown in the office and mill it from a solid block of BruxZir NOW zirconia on our Glidewell.io system. The whole visit usually takes about one to two hours. You walk out with your permanent crown, not a temporary.
Same-Day Root Canals
A tooth with infected or inflamed pulp does not get better on its own, and the pain usually gets worse. We clean and seal the tooth in one sitting. When a crown is needed afterward, it can often be milled and placed during the same visit.
Same-Day Extractions
Simple extractions, surgical extractions and wisdom teeth are handled in our office, often on the day you call. You leave with written aftercare and a plan for replacing the tooth if it was not a wisdom tooth.
Same-Day Implants
When the jaw is ready, the implant post can be placed the same day. Dr. Singh has advanced training in prosthodontics and complex cases, so the planning for your final tooth starts at that first visit while the implant heals.

Which treatments can really be done in one visit?
Crowns, root canals, extractions (including wisdom teeth) and implant placement. For implants, the post goes in the same day and the final tooth is attached once the bone has healed around it.
How early can I be seen?
7 AM on Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday starts at 9 AM and Thursday at 7 AM as well. Early slots fill quickly, so book ahead when you can.
Will I be able to go to work afterward?
Most patients do. Numbness wears off within a few hours and mild soreness is managed with over-the-counter pain relief. After a surgical extraction we suggest taking it easy for the rest of the day.
Is same-day work as good as lab-made work?
Yes. Our crowns are milled from BruxZir NOW solid zirconia from Glidewell Laboratories, the same material many labs use. The difference is speed, not quality.
What does it cost?
That depends on the tooth and your insurance. We give you a written estimate before treatment, and CareCredit, Cherry and LendingClub are available if you want to spread payments.
