A dental emergency rarely picks a convenient time. If you are in Long Horn Ranch with a throbbing tooth, a cracked molar or swelling that is getting worse, call (623) 400-6009. We see emergency patients the same day without prior scheduling.
Being seen quickly is only half of it. Because we do root canals, extractions, wisdom teeth and crowns the same day, the tooth that hurt this morning can be fixed before you drive home. In most cases you will not need a second visit to finish the job.
What We Can Treat Today
Call us for severe tooth pain, persistent bleeding from the gums, a knocked-out tooth, an abscess with swelling or fever, or mouth trauma that has cracked, chipped or fractured a tooth. Sudden intense pain, or pain when you eat, counts too. Getting in quickly limits the damage and usually makes the fix simpler.
- Severe or sudden toothache
- Knocked-out, cracked or chipped tooth
- Abscess with swelling or fever
- Persistent gum bleeding
- Pain when eating
Fixed in the Same Visit
Once we find the cause, we treat it. A tooth with an infected nerve gets a same-day root canal. A tooth that cannot be saved is removed, wisdom teeth included, and a same-day implant may be an option. A broken tooth can be rebuilt with a crown milled here with Glidewell.io in about one to two hours.
"From the moment I scheduled my appointment through my emergency consultation, everyone was incredibly caring, compassionate, and patient with me." That is from a recent Google review, and it is how we try to handle every emergency.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book before coming in with an emergency?
No. Walk-in emergencies are welcome and handled on the day you call. A quick call to (623) 400-6009 on your way lets the team prepare for you.
Will you pull the tooth or save it?
Saving the tooth is always the first choice. If the nerve is infected, a root canal and crown usually do it. If the tooth is too damaged, we remove it and talk about replacing it, often with an implant placed the same day.
What are your hours for emergencies?
We are open Monday 9 to 5, Tuesday and Wednesday 7 to 5, and Thursday 7 to 4. Call as soon as we open and we will see you that day.
