We accept most insurance plans and will check your benefits before treatment. For costs not covered, we take CareCredit, Cherry and LendingClub, plus Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, cash and check.
Monday 9 AM–5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 7 AM–5 PM, Thursday 7 AM–4 PM. We are closed Friday through Sunday. The early Tuesday and Wednesday slots are popular with patients who want treatment before work.
